Terms of Service

1. Service description

Karantexte (karantexte.com) is the National Educational Information System (SNIE) of the Republic of Guinea, operated by Bintronix Tech. It provides education management, diploma certification, attendance tracking, and ministry reporting services to accredited educational institutions.

2. Eligibility

Access is limited to accredited educational institutions, their authorized staff, students enrolled therein, and officials of the Ministry of Education of Guinea. Personal accounts must represent real individuals. Sharing credentials is strictly prohibited.

3. Pricing

• Subscription : $1.00 USD per enrolled student per month (public and private institutions, no exception).
• Diploma fee : $10.00 USD per diploma (payable once; public institutions may apply for exemption via DPE).
• Free trial : 30-day free trial for new institutions; no credit card required during trial.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice to institution directors.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: submit false student or institutional data; attempt to forge, alter, or revoke diplomas without authorization; reverse-engineer the platform; use the platform for any purpose unrelated to education management; or attempt to access data belonging to another institution.

5. Blockchain anchoring

Once a diploma is anchored on the Polygon blockchain, its SHA-256 hash is permanent and irrevocable. Revocation is recorded in the Karantexte database but the on-chain hash cannot be deleted. Diploma revocation is an administrative action requiring CEO authorization.

6. Uptime and SLA

Karantexte targets 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance. No SLA credits are provided during the free trial period. Offline tablet mode provides up to 7 days of continuity during connectivity outages.

7. Termination

Bintronix Tech may suspend access for non-payment, breach of these terms, or regulatory order. Institutions may terminate their subscription with 30 days written notice. Data export is available for 60 days after termination.

8. Liability limitation

Karantexte is provided "as is." Bintronix Tech is not liable for data loss due to force majeure, user error, or third-party service failures (payment processors, blockchain network). Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guinea. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Conakry, Guinea.
